1995 年?1999 年,山东大学化学学院,先后任讲师、副教授 (其间:香港中文大学和香港科技大学访问学者和博士后研究) 研究方向 1. 新型手性配体及金属络合物催化剂、有机小分子催化剂的设计合成与不对称催化反 应研究, 发展高效不对称合成新方法. 2. 具有生物活性杂环化合物和药物中间体合成. 研究成果 近年开展新型手性配体和有机小分子催化剂的设计合成及其不对称催化反应研 究,设计合成几个系列新型 C2 对称的手性双f唑啉、双噻唑啉和双咪唑啉配体、C3 对 称的新型手性三酰氨类配体和新型有机磷酸、方酰胺等小分子催化剂.研究这些新手性 配体金属络合物催化剂和有机小分子催化剂在不对称 Michael 加成反应、Friedel-Crafts 烷基化反应、Henry 反应、Mannich 反应、炔基化、Strecker 反应、亲电氟化反应、硼烷 还原、 转移氢化和 Michael/Michael 加成串联等多种有机反应中的催化反应活性及机理, 发展了一些高效、高选择性的不对称催化合成重要手性砌块和生物活性杂环化合物 的新方法, 取得了一系列富有特色的重要成果.研究成果已在 J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Org. Lett., Chem. Commun., Adv. Synth. Catal., J. Org. Chem.等国际重要期 刊上发表,引起了国内外同行的广泛关注和引用.目前已在国内外重要学术期刊上发表 学术论文
