市各委办局,各直属单位: 为贯彻落实中共中央、国务院关于减证便民、优化服务的决策部署,根据国务院、省政府关于开展证明事项清理工作要求,经2018年12月27日市政府第55次常务会议讨论通过,苏州市人民政府决定修改《苏州市宅基地管理暂行办法》等七件行政规范性文件和废止《苏州市建筑企业农民工参加工伤保险暂行办法》等两件行政规范性文件,具体情况如下:

一、对《苏州市宅基地管理暂行办法》(苏府〔2003〕66号)作出修改,将第十五条第一项中的 户籍证明 修改为 户籍材料 ,将 或其它权源证明 修改为 或者其他权源材料 ,并删去该项中的 ,以及与建房用地申请内容相一致的其它证明 .
