Responsible for the revise of equipment maintenance and safety in use procedure;

2.参与生产新设备的选购、验收和验证;

Take part in the new equipment sourcing, inspection and validation;

3.负责生产设备的保养、检查和维修;

Responsible for the equipment maintenance, check and service;

4.负责分析生产设备运行隐患,进行设备改造,控制备件库存;

Responsible for analysis of equipment hidden danger, conduct equipment remodelling and control replacement part inventory;

5.负责在公司范围内实施全面生产维护. Responsible for TPM in whole facility. 岗位要求: 1.大专以上学历,电子或机械相关工科专业;

College degree or above, electronic or mechanical relative engineering major;

2.有3年以上制药、食品等制造企业设备维修经验,动手能力强;

Equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing enterprise like pharmacy, food, etc. Good practical ability;

3.有改善意识,能带领团队提高设备利用率;

Willing to improve and can lead team to improve OEE. 4.有TPM经验者优先;
