100083 2 金川集团股份有限公司 甘肃金昌 737100) 摘要:水泥作为一种常用的充填胶凝材料,可以与废石、尾砂等作用生成强度较高的充填材料.

水淬铜渣作为金川集团的冶炼废渣,堆积排放,既污染环境又会造成矿产资源的浪费.如果铜渣可以代替棒磨砂在水泥作用下生成性能稳定的充填材料,将是实现铜渣再利用的一个经济、环保的发展方向.本文针对铜渣代替棒磨砂作为充填材料进行充填体力学试验,研究不同配比条件下的充填力学特性以及早强剂对充填体强度的作用.试验结果显示,掺加适量的早强剂,铜渣尾砂掺入量为15%时,充填体3d、7d抗压强度分别达到1.5MPa、2.5MPa以上,满足金川矿山充填法采矿对早期强度的要求;

结合试验结果使用Matlab软件进行BP神经网络建模,对不同充填材料配比的充填体强度进行预测.预测结果显示,优化早强剂的配比,可以使铜渣的掺量提高到20%,从而进一步提高铜渣的利用率. 关键词:水泥;

LTD Jinchuang Gansu Province 737100,China) Abstract: Cement is a kind of common cement backfilling material,which can produce reliable strength backfilling body with waste rock,tailings etc.As smelting slag of Jinchuan,water quenching copper slag is piled up and discharged that will pollute the environment and cause the?waste of mineral resources. If the copper slag?can replace?rod-mill tailings for?mine filling,that generates stable performance cementitious filling material,will be the development direction of an economic, environmental to achieve the reuse of copper slag.In the text,the copper slag is tested to insteading of rod-mill tailings for filling materials,researching on the mechanical properties of backfilling body in different mix ratio and improvement of early strength agent to backfilling body.The test results showed that, when incorporation of copper slag reach 15% under the action of early strength agent,3days、7days compressive strength of the backfilling body can reach more than 1.5MPa、2.5MPa,contenting the requirement of the the current mine filling;

Using Matlab software established the BP neural network model combineing with experimental results, the simulation?prediction and?experiment results show that,?changing the??ratio of??early strength agent can increase the dosage of copper slag to 20%?,?further improving the utilization?rate of?copper?slag. 1 前言近年来,世界铜产量迅速增长,我国的铜产量已超越智利跃居世界第一.作为世界性的产铜大国,我国铜矿的冶炼工艺90%以上由火法冶炼生产,可见火法冶炼占在我国冶金行业主导地位.铜矿石经过提炼后的熔融态炼铜炉渣在炉后水淬池中经过水淬工艺生成玻璃质材料水淬渣.水淬渣的堆积排放不仅占用大量土地,同时还对周围环境产生一定影响[1-2].针对这一问题,目前世界对铜渣的处理途径分为回收再利用和开发新用途两大类.对矿渣的回收再利用主要指使用电炉贫化或炉渣选矿工艺对铜渣中的铜、钴、锌、铁等金属的回收利用;
