1 总则1.0.1 为了提高深圳市学校校舍的防震减灾能力,消除安全隐患,保障生命财产安全,为校舍安全使用、检测鉴定、修缮和加固改造、档案建立等提供技术依据,根据相关技术标准规定并结合我市实际情况,制定本排查标准. 为提高我市学校校舍抗震安全隐患排查工作的效率和质量,减少排查对校舍使用的影响,本标准有以下特点:1)为保证排查工作的延续性,校舍首次排查仍沿用原排查指引的规定;

2)首次排查已经调查了校舍的基本情况,并检查了结构布置、结构体系、材料强度、抗震构造措施等,为避免重复工作,复排查主要是调查校舍前期排查、检测鉴定、加固改造资料和结构改动情况,以及检查校舍损伤、变形情况;

3)复排查对各类结构损伤排查的规定较原排查指引首次排查的要求更为详尽,提供了复排查表格;

4)原排查指引的排查结论分为两类:不需要鉴定(A、B1类)和需鉴定(B

2、C类),由于部分校舍存在尚不显著影响结构安全的损伤,经修复处理后校舍抗震安全可满足规范要求.因此复排查的排查结论调整为三类:不需要鉴定(A类)、修复处理后不需要鉴定(B类)、需鉴定(C类);

5)考虑到部分校舍需加固处理,本标准增加加固工程排查内容. 1.0.2 本标准适用于深圳市中小学、幼儿园校舍(不含钢结构)的抗震安全隐患排查. 本标准中的校舍系指幼儿园、小学、中学的教学楼、学生宿舍、食堂等重点设防类校舍,标准设防类校舍和钢结构校舍的安全隐患排查按《深圳市既有房屋结构安全隐患排查技术标准》执行. 1.0.3 校舍抗震安全隐患排查应从工程资料、场地、地基基础和上部结构四个方面进行排查. 1.0.4 校舍抗震安全隐患排查除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家现行有关规范、标准的规定.
