80 摄氏度液 体物料(液-液相或液-固相)的均质乳化.如乳品、饮料、化妆品、药品等产品的均质、乳化. HPH 系列高压均质机工作时是通过三柱塞往复泵将被加工物料以高压形式送至均质阀,使物料流经阀盘与阀座微小间 隙的瞬间受到湍流、空穴、剪切等复合力的作用,达到均质、乳化的目的.超高压均质机现可定做最大流量 30000L/H,最 大压力 150Mpa.粉碎颗粒粒径可达 0.05-1um. 高压均质机有以下优点:
