AIChE dedicates itself to fostering and disseminating chemical engi- neering knowledge to industries including energy, chemical, biotech- nology, food, electronic, and pharmaceutical, while applying the expertise of its members to societal issues such as sustainable develop- ment, the environment, human health, and water management and reuse.
