The course consists of six sessions and covers topics such as physical and psychological changes, discomforts and complications of pregnancy, the process of labor, preparation for admission, pain relief during labor, epidural anaesthesia, breathing techniques, antenatal and postnatal exercises, breastfeeding, appearance of newborns, baby care, and postpartum adjustment.
