1 Risk of Loss and Title: 第1.01 条:产品遭受损害或损失的风险应当按照合同规定的约定交货条件转移至买方.若买方 已获得无担保的授信帐期,在卖方已全额收到产品价款的现金或能够立即结算的款项前,卖方 保留对货物享有的所有权. Section 1.01: Risk of damage to or loss of Product shall pass to Buyer in accordance with the agreed delivery terms stipulated in the Contract. 2 Delivery Terms: 第2.1 条:双方确认任何表述的交付时间应当仅为预期时间,并且该时间并非实质重要.
