一、 MEPC.286(71)决议案:修正国际防止船舶污染公约(MARPOL)附录VI,预计2019 年1月1日生效:

(一) 修正规则13: 1. 将波罗的海 (Baltic Sea) 、北海 (North Sea) 纳入氮氧化物排放管制区 (NOx ECA):2021年1月1日以后建造且营运於该二海域之船舶,NOx排放应符合 Tier III标准. 2. 有关船舶於新造船阶段 (包含海试) 、维修阶段暂时豁免Tier III标准的条件: (1) NOx排放符合Tier II标准.
