F Overhead Conveyor Maintenance Manual 1. 前言 1. Preface 1.1 链式输送机是一种先进而复杂的物料输送设备,而且多和其他类型的输送设 备一起,通过可编程控制器或计算机控制,成为高度机电一体化的物料储运系统.因 此应对所有使用管理输送机设备的工作人员进行有关机械、电气、计算机等方面的培 训和安全生产教育,严格遵守有关操作规程. 1.1 Chain Conveyor is a kind of advanced and complicated material conveying equipment, and it often has been united with other type conveying equipment to form a material storing and transferring system, which is controlled through programmable controller or computer. Because of this, should do mechanical, electric, computer and safety operation training to all personnel who use or manage the conveyor equipment to insure that all relative operating regulations are strictly executed. 1.2 应由专门人员管理输送设备,启动和停止输送机的运行. 1.2 Should appoint certain persons to manage conveying equipment and to start or stop running of conveyor. 1.3 应根据使用情况制定输送机设备小修、中修、大修计划,并认真详细地填写 维修记录. 1.3Based on practical using conditions to make plan for ordinary reconditioning, special reconditioning, thorough reconditioning and carefully fill out records in details. 1.4 对负责输送机维修保养人员进行专门的培训,使之掌握设备结构特点、熟悉 设备性能和控制原理. 1.4 Do special training to maintaining personnel to insure that they can command equipment formation, capability and control. 1.5 在正常条件下工作的输送机,按本手册进行设备的维修保养;

在恶劣条件 (如高温、潮湿、粉尘等环境)下工作的输送机,应进行更加频繁的设备维修保养. 1.5 The Conveyor under normal conditions is to be taken care and reconditioned based on this manual;

the Conveyor under severe conditions(like in high temperature, wet, powder) is to be taken care and reconditioned more often.

2 设备的预防性维护 2. Preventive Maintenance of Equipment 设备的预防性维护的目的是系统地检查、保养设备,使之处于正常工作状态.预 防性维护可以早期发现设备的小毛病并及时加以处理,避免这些小毛病酿成大患,造 成必须大修或更换主要零部件的后果.预防性维护由设备维修保养人员进行. The purpose of the Preventive Maintenance is to check and take care of equipmet fully to make it always work under normal conditions. The preventive maintenance can let us find small faults and handle them in time, avoiding thorough reconditioning or replacement of main parts which caused by those small faults. This Preventive Maintenance should be done by maintaining personnel. 为能使设备经常的处于正常的工作状态,应认真地填写《设备维修保养日志》 (见表1 ). 如果能认真、及时、正确地填写此表,将会得到一份有价值的设备运

3 行、保养、维修档案,可以不断地积累经验,使各零部件能经常处于良好的工作状 态,从而减少了维修时间和费用,保证了整个系统的正常运行. To keep equipment working in normal operation conditions, should seriously fill out Equipment Maintenance Daily Record (see form 1). If you can fill this form seriously, timely and precisely, you will gain a valuable record file of equipment operation and maintenance, this can accumulate your experiences in keeping every parts working in normal conditions, which can reduce maintenance time and costs. 3 为便于维修的几点要求 3. Several Requirements for Convenient Maintenance 3.1 把所有的小车组按顺序编号.这样做便于生产和维修人员识别 坏 小车组,并 把它从系统中移走. 3.1 Order all transferring trolley assemblies in number to insure that producing and maintaining personnel can easily recognize those broken ones and remove them from system. 3.2 把所有的停止器、道岔、信号设备按顺序编号. 3.2 Order all stoppers, switches and signal equipment in number. 3.3 把所有的驱动装置按顺序编号. 3.3 Order all Drive Units in number. 3.4 选择一个便于观察牵引链条的位置,这个位置必须在能观察到整条牵引链的 位置上.在检查链条时,在开始处打上标记,以便全线都被检查到.在检查(或使 用)过程中发现链条 坏了 的地方用油漆做标记,稍后进行修理.如果此线正在调试未 投产使用时,可按急停按钮,使输送机停止运行进行修理. 3.4 Choose a position where can observe power chain easily. This position must in the position where can observe the whole power chain. When checking the chain, you should mark at the beginning point to insure that the whole chain will be checked. If you find any broken place in checking or using, you should make paint mark and repair it later. If the conveyor line is in testing or non-production period, you can press the E-stop button to stop the conveyor line and repair. 3.5 在承载轨的侧面开一段口,用于观察小车车轮.一般在靠近检修区、沿着小 车组运行回路上设一出口,以便在需要检修时,从中拉出或加入小车组. 3.5 Open a gap on the side of free track to observe wheels of trolley. Generally set up a exit which is near the repairing area and on the return loop of trolley. When reconditioning, can pull out or push in trolley assembly from the gap.

4 4 润滑

4 Lubrication 4.1 表2是输送机主要零部件的润滑规则(润滑方式、润滑周期及推荐的润滑剂). 4.1 Form
