2015 年实际运行数据,确定了不同电压等级、不同类型用户的成本与收益 分配.同时,以网损为因变量,分析了其与交叉补贴、购电成本及售电价格间的传导关系. 关键词:输配电价;

Reformation Commission, Shanghai 200003, China) Abstract: According?to?the?requirements?of?the?new?round?of?electricity?system?reform?and?the?features of ?Chinese ?electricity ?market, ?the ?transmission ?route ?of ?electricity ?price ?was ?put ?forward, ?and ?a transmission?model?was?developed?in?consideration?of?the?different?voltage?levels?and?user?types.?The transmission?mechanism?of?power?transmission?and?distribution?cost?in?electricity?price?was?established.
