1 摘要 板式换热器的发展已有一百多年的历史, 目前板式换热器已经成为一种高效 的,紧凑的热交换设备,它的应用几乎涉及到了所有的工业领域.板式换热器是 小型沼气液化成套装置中的核心换热装置, 它的性能的优劣对小型沼气液化成套 装置的性能有决定性的影响, 所以研究板式换热器内介质的传热,分析并优化板 式换热器的具体结构对提升小型沼气液化成套装置的整体性能尤其重要. 本文通过已知的板式换热器中三种介质各自传递的热量计算出所需要的换 热面积, 并通过选取板式换热器中的板片型号来确定所需要的板片数.然后通过 功能强大的三维软件 Pro/ENGINEER,将本文中的板式换热器中三种参与热量传 递的介质各自的流动方式在三维空间中形象的展现出来, 从而使人可以更好地理 解板式换热器中介质的流动方式. 板式换热器是一种高效的传热装置. 在本文通过工艺条件计算所需的传热面 积并分析介质在板式换热器中的流动方式的基础上, 继续研究新型的板片波纹可 以进一步提高板式换热器的传热效果,而研究新型的的板片材料,不仅有助于板 式换热器传热效率的提高,更有助于板式换热器适用于更多的工作环境中. 关键词:板式换热器;

2 ABSTRACT The history of the development of the plate heat exchanger has been more than one hundred years. Now plate heat exchanger has been one kind of the efficient and compact heat exchanger equipment. Plate heat exchanger is the most important heat transfer device of the small complete sets of equipment to liquefy marsh gas, the advantages and disadvantages of its performance do the decisive influence to the performance of the small complete sets of equipment to liquefy marsh gas. So it is especially important to promote the whole performance of the small complete sets of equipment to liquefy marsh gas, research the conducting heat of the medium in the regenerator, analyze and optimizate the concrete structure of the regenerator. This article calculates the desired heat exchange area through the known heat transfer, and determines the number of plates through the selection of plate heat exchanger in a plate model. There are three kinds of medium participating in the heat transfer in the plate heat exchanger in this paper. We can make the respective flow mode of the three kinds of medium in the plate heat exchanger show out in the three-D space imaged by using the powerful Pro/ENGINEER. So that we can make people have a better understanding of the medium flow of the plate heat exchanger. Plate heat exchanger is a kind of high efficient heat exchanger. In this paper the conditions required for the calculation of area and the analysis of medium in a plate heat exchanger flow way based on. Continue to study new corrugated plate can further improve the plate heat exchanger heat transfer effect. And the study of novel sheet material, not only is beneficial to improve the efficiency of the plate heat exchanger, but also is beneficial to make the plate heat exchanger used in more work environment.
