According to Hong Kong Marine Department (HKMD) new regulations, All the laden containers must be submitted VGM certificate before loading. Nil loading without VGM submission. To avoid delay, submission of dead line for Weighing Report / Clearance Document / Calculation Sheet & Container Mass Declaration C On / Before closing time shown on Booking Confirmation. For shipment without / fail of submission, the said laden unit would not be allowed for loading and all the extra costs would be debited to shipper's account. We, ESA HKG only accept below

2 ways for Verified Gross Mass agreed by HKMD. Method

1 : Direct weighing C only accept the List approved by HKMD. Method

2 : Accumulation of weighing C Shipper (Name shown on OBL) need to be submitted . Container Mass Dec- laration with VGM# . For shipper register BR at HKG or container stuffed at HKG, Shipper needs to apply licence with HKG Marine Dept. Below
