28 条规定, 锅炉压力 容器制造企业应编制《质量手册》.为方便企业编写,现将有关《质量手 册》的要求说明如下: 《质量手册》应单独编写一册,以便进行工厂审查和工厂执行中国锅 炉压力容器制造许可的有关规定. 质量手册的目录及内容应包括《锅炉压力容器制造许可条件》第4章第二十七条至四十三条规定的如下
