Duties/Responsibilities 主要工作职责: 1.??? Nursery field management 育种田间管理 ?????????Organize and supervise nursery field work including field preparation, planting design, irrigation, pesticide and herbicide application, weed control and fertilizer application etc. 组织,监督田间管理工作包括:试验田准备、播种设计、灌溉、杀虫、打药、除草、施肥、间苗等. ? 2.??? Experiment tasks 田间试验 ?????????Responsible for organizing and supervising experiment plantings, pollination and harvest process 跟踪播种、授粉、收获环节 ?????????Data collection in the nursery field 收集田间试验数据 ? 3.??? Manage temporary workers and keep a good relationship with local village committee and cooperators 管理劳务人员,维系当地村委会及合作方的良好关系 ?????????Responsible for hiring temporary workers and providing training if necessary ? 负责农场劳务人员的招聘及培训 ?????????Manage the long-term temporary workers ? 管理农场长期劳务人员 ?????????Build harmony relationship with local village/partners 保持与当地村委会和合作伙伴的良好关系 ? 4.??? Assist supervisor to manage the daily operations for Hainan Research Center 协助主管管理海南研究站的日常运营 ?????????Cooperate with the Technician to maintain farm equipment and machines in safe and good condition 与技术人员合作,确保农用机械设备安全有效地使用? ?????????Order in advance the seeds and pollination bags, string bags according to the needs of next season 根据需求,提前订购种子袋,授粉袋等 ?????????Keep clean and good order in the warehouse and farm yard ? 确保库房和农场干净有序的环境 ?????????Safety and security management 农场的安全管理 ? Educational qualifications and Experience 教育资质和经验 ?????????MS degree is preferred with major in agronomy or plant breeding 研究生学历优先考虑,作物育种或农学相关专业 ?????????Experience in maize breeding or genetics is preferred 有玉米育种或遗传学经验者优先考虑 ?
