1 Characterization of opto-electrical metrology equipment, including but not limited to optical, electrical-magnetic and Kelvin probe/AFM-based sensors and modules.

2 Develop specifications for next generation systems. Integrate of precision measurement modules onto new platforms. System test and debugging.
