1、2号染色体各有两条分别在短臂近着丝点处、短臂区域有信号位点;

5、8号染色体各有一条染色体在长臂区域有信号位点,5号染色体的另一条染色体在着丝点区域和长臂末端有信号位点;

4、6号染色体各有一条在长臂近着丝点区域有信号点,4号染色体另一条在长臂区域也有信号点,6号染色体另一条则在长臂末端有杂交位点;

第11号染色体其中一条在着丝点区域有信号位点,另一条则在端部区域有信号点.其中4号染色体的两条染色体的杂交位点与5号染色体长臂区域的杂交位点荧光强度偏弱,其他信号点荧光强度基本无差异. 关键字:百合;

4,6 chromosomes each with a long arm near the centromere region of signal points, another on chromosome
