070305119 学生姓名: 徐修国 指导教师: 华洁职称: 讲师二O一一 年五月三十 日 摘要 薄膜蒸发器是蒸发器中的一种,又称机械搅拌式薄膜蒸发器,它是通过旋转的刮板将料液分散成薄膜,进而将物料浓缩和蒸发,具有传热效率高,蒸发速度快,物料停留时间短等优点,特别适合热敏性物质,高粘性,易结晶物质的蒸发,因此广泛应用于化工、制药、石油等行业.

蜂窝夹套作为薄膜蒸发器中夹套结构形式的一种创新,是在传统夹套的基础上采用特殊的蜂窝结构,具有更好的换热能力和传热效率,将蜂窝夹套用于薄膜蒸发器能更好的适应于现在的工业生产.本次毕业设计的课题来源于生产实践,在充分了解薄膜蒸发器的发展史、工作原理及其基本结构的基础上,对5m2蜂窝夹套式薄膜蒸发器进行结构设计,设计内容包括筒体、蜂窝夹套、转子等部件的尺寸确定及其强度校核.标准零部件是通过查阅GB

150、HG20594等标准规范来选取.另外还需借助Auto CAD 软件绘制装配图和筒体、转子、夹套等重要零部件视图.其目的是掌握常规容器的基本设计方法. 关键词:薄膜蒸发器 ,蜂窝夹套 ,结构设计 Abstract Film evaporator is a kind of evaporator, also known as mechanical stirring film evaporator. The liquid will be dispersed into film in it through the rotation of the scraper. Then the material will be condensed and evaporated there. It has some advantages, such as high heat transfer efficiency, high evaporation speed, short residence time of the material. Particularly suitable for the evaporation of heat sensitive material, high viscosity and crystallization material, so it is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and other industries. Dimple jacket was an innovative of a thin-film evaporator jacket structure. A special honeycomb structure was used in dimple jacket on the basis of the traditional jacket. It has better heat transfer and heat transfer efficiency. The use of dimple jacket in thin-film evaporator can better adapt to the present industrial production. The subject of graduate design was from the production practice. On the basis of fully understand the history of the development of thin-film evaporator, the working principle and basic structure, I design the structure of five square meters thin-film evaporator with dimple jacket. Designs include to determine the size of the cylinder, jacket, the rotor and other parts of the evaporator and make their strength check at the same time. The standard parts were selected through the inspection of GB150, HG20594 and other standards. There also need the help of Auto CAD software to draw assembly drawing and the views of cylinder, rotor, jacket and other important parts.
