抽检依据是GB2760-2014食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准、GB2762-2012食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量等标准及产品明示标准和指标的要求.烤鱼片抽检项目包括:铅、甲基汞、无机砷、镉、铬、苯甲酸、山梨酸、亚硫酸盐、柠檬黄、多氯联苯;
