The board of directors, the supervisory committee of the Company and its directors, supervisors and senior management collectively and individually accept full responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the information contained in this interim report and confirm that there are no false information, misleading statements or material omissions in this interim report. II. The directors were present at the 4th meeting of the sixth session of the Board, among whom, Mr. Fang Shuting and Mr. Chu Xiaoping, both independent non-executive directors, were unable to attend the meeting and had appointed Mr. Qiu Hongzhong, an independent non-executive director, to attend the meeting and vote on their behalf;

Mr. Wong Lung Tak Patrick, an independent non-executive director, attended the meeting by means of telephone communication. III. Mr. Li Chuyuan (chairman of the Board), Mr. Wu Changhai (executive director) and Ms. Yao Zhizhi (senior manager of the finance department) individually accept responsibility for ensuring the authenticity and completeness of the financial reports contained in this interim report. IV. After consideration, the Board did not recommend payment of interim dividends for the six months ended

2014 nor propose any increase in share capital from the capitalization of capital reserve. V. The financial reports of the Group and the Company for the Reporting Period are prepared in accordance with the China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, which are unaudited. VI.
