215300 摘要化妆品中含有多种硫酸酯类化合物,硫酸二甲酯在 50℃下极容易在 50℃或者碱水易迅速水解成硫酸和 甲醇,也可使 DNA 甲基化的试剂.经甲基化后,DNA 可在甲基化位置被降解.硫酸二乙酯对眼有强烈刺激性, 可引起眼灼伤.皮肤适时接触引起刺激,较长时间接触可发生水疱.本实验采用天瑞仪器气质谱联用仪 GCMS-6800 测定化妆品中的硫酸酯, 在SIM 扫描模式下对化妆品中硫酸酯类化合物进行测试和分析. 实验表明, 两种硫酸酯回收率在 22.2%-55.8%, 线性范围好, 硫酸二甲酯和硫酸二乙酯最低检出限分别为 2.6ppm 和1.0ppm, 该方法可以有效的应用于化妆品中硫酸酯类化合物进行定性和定量分析. 关键词 化妆品;

Diethyl sulfate has a strong ocular irritation and can cause eye burns. The skin is stimulated by timely contact, and blister can occur for a long time. In this experiment, the SKYRAY GCMS-6800 was used to determine the sulfate in cosmetics, and the sulfate esters were tested and analyzed in the mode of SIM scan. Experiments show that the recovery rate of two kinds of sulfuric acid ester was 22.2%-55.8%, the linear range was good, and the minimum detection limit of dimethyl sulfate and diethyl sulfate was 2.6ppm and 1.0ppm, the interference of impurity peaks is small, and can effectively and quantitatively analyze the sulfate esters in cosmetics. diethyl sulfate 硫酸二甲酯(DSM)常用于对酚、胺和硫醇进行 甲基化,烷基化反应相对高效,并且硫酸二甲酯的 成本也比较低,化妆品中合成产物时会部分添加次 物质,但是它的毒性相当大, 可以破坏 DNA 结构, 因 此在化妆品行业中也是禁止使用的.DMS 是潜在的 致癌物质和可引起染色体畸变的诱变剂,属于高毒 类物质;

具有强烈的腐蚀性,能在动物体内组织中 缓慢水解生成甲醇和硫酸,硫酸二甲酯的剧毒是由 于未分解的分子和水解后的生成物共同作用所致 [1] . 硫酸二乙酯(DES)为反应性强的乙基化剂, 广泛 应用于染料、医药、农药及其他精细化工产品的生 产.还用于季铵盐的合成,用作脱水剂、挥发油抽 提剂等. 有机合成中用作乙基化剂. 其毒性也很大. 虽然硫酸酯类化合物不稳定易分解,但是在低 温化妆品中也会含有硫酸酯.其分解产物也是硫酸 和甲醇等有害物质,因此,建立检测化妆品中的方 法十分必要,但是目前国内缺少检测化妆品种中硫 酸酯类的标准,目前 DMS 和DES 的相关检测文献主 要集中在空气、土壤、药物以及助剂等方面 [2-4] ,其 采用的方法主要有气相色谱法 [5-7] 、气相色谱-质谱 联用法 [8-11] 和液相色谱法 [12-15] .
