It adheres to the people-oriented concept, protects the lawful interests of employees, provides a smooth career development channel, and builds a fair and sound working environment in order to promote the growth of employees and the Company. It follows the philosophy of sustainable development and implements energy-saving and emission- reduction measures to achieve green operation. It actively participates in community development and public welfare activities and makes donations to fulfill its responsibility as an enterprise citizen. RESPONSIBILITY OF GOVERNANCE The Board of the Group supports the Company to fulfill the corporate social responsibilities, and to bear all the responsibilities of the Group regarding environment, society and governance, management strategy and reports. The Board is responsible for evaluating and measuring the Group'
