Demand-Pull 补货模式之研究 研究生:袁国荣 指导教授:?荣贵 博士 国?交通大学工业工程与管?学系 摘要TOC demand-pull 与缓冲管?是观?相当?错的供应链解决方案.但因缺 乏严谨的的程序与方法?做好缓冲管?所需考虑的三要素,使得 TOC demand-pull 的应用变成黑盒子.许多学者与实务应用者也因此质疑 TOC demand-pull 观?的可?性,并对其使用效果优於目前广为使用方法也产生怀 疑,同时也造成将此方法电脑化应用的障碍.因此,本研究的目的在於提出? 严谨的缓冲管?法则与方法?强化 TOC demand-pull,同时修正 TOC 产出 天?元(Throughput Dollars-Days, TDD)/IDD 存货天?元(Inventory Dollars-Days, IDD)指标与提出 EVD(Exposure Dollars-Days, EVD)指标,使TOC demand-pull 在供应链管?的实务应用上?加完备,并能获得比现在广为使用的方法?为有 效. 本研究首先针对缓冲管?三要素做探讨,提出目标库存?决定法则与方 法、补货频?与补货??、缓冲监控程序与目标库存?调整准则.其次修正TOC 的TDD与IDD二个绩效指标并提出缺货EVD指标,以评估缺货机?与存货高 低,使其?适用於供应链缓冲绩效的评估,强化TOC 缓冲管?机制在供应链 管?的实务应用,最后为?证明此研究所提的观?、法则与方法是可?且有效 的,以一个实际个案?做验证. 关键字:限制??,缓冲区管?, TDD 产出天?元指标(Throughput Dollars-Days), IDD 存货天?元指标(Inventory Dollars-Days,), EVD 缺货指标(Exposure Dollars-Days, EVD). i Enhancement of TOC Demand-Pull Replenishment Student: Kuo-Jung Yuan Advisor: Dr. Rong-Kwei Li Department of Industrial Engineering and Management National Chiao Tung University ABSTRACT TOC buffer management and Demand-Pull replenishment is an outstanding and effective model critical to support the concept and knowledge of inventory management by conscientious processes and methods. Imperfection of perfectible discussion on the three key elements of buffer management would result in questionable Demand-Pull inventory system. Ineffectual and visible barriers of computerize in various practices. Furthermore, implementers would significantly suspect the practice of TOC demand-pull concept. Typically to meet perfectible practices of TOC demand-pull practice and implement it in supply chain management, this thesis proposes a heuristic buffer management methodology to enhance the Demand Pull replenishment and modify the buffer management performance index. Furthermore, consolidation of TOC Demand-Pull is practiced significantly and effectively in supply chain management. In connection with the probe for the three key elements of buffer management, the thesis provides critical rules of inventory decisions. Firstly, target rules are provided for inventory decision methods including replenishment frequency, replenishment quantity, the concept of monitoring window is proposed to detect the level of inventory and criterion of inventory adjustment. Secondly, propose the EVD and modify the TDD (Throughput Dollar-Days) and IDD (Inventory Dollars-Days, IDD) based on the Throughput Dollars-Days index proposed by Goldratt to measure the buffer management performance and to enhance the TOC buffer management model of perfectible practice. Finally, real cases are simulated to assess the performance enhancement through the proposed methodology.
