全球约有一半家庭以生物质 (柴草、 木炭、 木材、 动物粪便等) 作为主要炊事燃料, 且主要集中在农村 和低收入地区[1] .

5 794户农村家庭中2 569户(44.3%) 以生物燃料 为主要炊事燃料.2

1 436 人(53.8%) , 两组中高血压患者分别为286和278名.单因素分析中生物燃料组高血压患病风险为 1.26 (95%CI: 1.04~1.52) , 两水平模型分析中该效应无统计学意义.进一步分析发现生物燃料组 对象使用排风扇是高血压患病的保护因素 (RR=0.61, 95%CI: 0.39~0.98) .结论 广东省农村 地区生物燃料使用率较高, 尚无足够证据说明其是否为农村女性高血压的相关因素, 但室内空气 污染问题应引起重视. 【关键词】 高血压;
