烧排骨日式冷面沙律 - BBQ Pork Ribs Soba Noodles Salad with Cucumber and Mango 材料 Ingredients 米醋 ? 杯Rice vinegar ? 杯糖?杯Sugar ? 杯盐?茶匙 Salt ? 茶匙 蒜茸

1 汤匙 Garlic, chopped

1 汤匙 红辣椒, 去籽切碎

1 只Red chili, seeded, chopped

1 只 青柠汁

3 汤匙 Lime juice

3 汤匙 麻油

1 汤匙 Sesame oil

1 汤匙 日式面条

12 安士 Soba noodles

12 安士 青瓜, 直切, 再切半

1 条Cucumber, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced crosswise

1 条 芒果, 去皮, 去核, 横切薄片

1 个Ripe mango, peeled, halved, pitted, thinly sliced crosswise

1 个 紫苏叶, 切碎

1 杯Fresh basil, chopped

1 杯 薄荷叶, 切碎

1 杯Fresh mint, chopped

1 杯 极上烧腊系列 C 烧排骨, 切幼条 Premium BBQ Product C BBQ pork ribs, shredded 步骤 Directions 1.

糖醋盐倒入煲内用中火煮致糖溶掉约

1 分钟 2. 加入蒜茸 辣椒碎 青柠汁 麻油拌匀 备用 3. 用一锅滚水煮面条致面条熟透 4. ?冰水 沥乾 5. 面条放入大碗内 6. 加入酱汁拌

drain again. 5. Transfer noodles to large bowl. 6. Add dressing and toss to coat 7. Add BBQ pork ribs cucumber, mango, basil, and mint to noodles and toss gently. 8. Serve cold.
