2 Terms and Conditions 条款: 1. Right of the Company 招标者之权益 (a) Assessing the Buses one by one, the Company generally sells the Buses to the highest price bidder but the Company has still the exclusive right to decide the award at its own will. (b) The Company has right to accept or reject any offer submitted and to cancel the bid or withdraw selling any of Buses before announcement of the result. The Company shall not be accountable to any party in relation to this exercise, including the bidders. (c) Buses shall be sold and released in as is condition. (d) The Company shall not provide driving-trial of the Buses. (a) 本公司基本上以「价高者得」形式选出每部以供竞投之旧巴士之中标者;

惟本公司仍然 保留选取中标者之最终决定权. (b) 本公司保留绝对权利接受或拒绝任何标书,亦有权於未公布投标结果前取消有关投标项 目.投标者不得异议,本公司亦毋须向投标者或任何与本竞投活动有关之单位负责. (c) 旧巴士一律以「现况出售」.本公司对所出售之旧巴士性能,既不作出任何保证,亦不 会有任何售后跟进或保养服务. (d) 本公司恕不设试车服务,亦不接受任何试车要求. 2. Treatment of the Buses 车辆处理方式 (a) The Buses shall be treated in the way of scrap. The bidder shall specify clearly in its offer in case of other treatments. (b) Under no circumstance the Buses shall be operated /acted as vehicle within HKSAR again after handover to the successful bidders. (a) 本公司一般只容许以「拆毁」之方式处理旧巴士.若然投标者以其他方式处理旧巴士, 必须於投标时详细说明. (b) 本公司出售之旧巴士一律不可再在香港境内行驶. 3. Inspection of the Buses 实物评估 (a) The Company allows and suggests the bidders to inspect the Buses before making offer.
