E-powertrain System Research Engineer 电动动力系统研究工程师 Job description ? Research and development of e-powertrain system for electric vehicle (EV), focus: system design and validation ? Requirement analysis, specification of PT system and key components (e-motor, inverter, gearbox, battery pack) ? Modeling, simulation and optimization of e-powertrain system ? Research in technology fields relevant for e-powertrain, especially identification of new trends and emerging technologies in China ? Management of research projects with internal and external partners (universities, research institutes and OEMs) Required knowledge and experience ? Ph.D (highly preferred) or Master degree in automotive engineering / electrical engineering ? Including Ph.D research, at least

3 years of experience (5 years for Master degree holder) in academic or industrial R&D in e-powertrain system (EV / hybrid-EV) ? Experience in e-powertrain system design / simulation / validation ? Experience with powertrain simulation and validation tools / facilities (e.g. Advisor, Cruise, Hardware in loop simulation, test bench, dynamometer) ? International experience and/or a experience in automotive industry preferred but not required ? Knowledge in V cycle development, EV/Hybrid-EV powertrain topologies and components (e-motors / gear / inverter / battery etc.) Competencies and attributes ? Strong interest in finding creative technical solutions and new technology concepts ? Self-motivated team-worker, ability to work independently and systematically ? Ability to develop new concepts and plans for development work, experience in project work ? Efficient, goal-oriented and structured working style ?
