方法= = emiCJaAa 法测定了 NO 个产地鳖甲药材样品,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统 OMMQ= A 进行 评价,建立了共有模式,并进行主成分分析(mCA) .以iuJO 肝星状细胞为模型研究其对肝细胞的抑制效果,采用 pmpp 软 件对数据进行相关分析,研究谱效相关性.结果= = NO 个产地鳖甲药材 emiC 指纹图谱中共有 T 个特征共有峰,其中峰 O、R 与iuJO 肝星状细胞抑制效果(A 值)的相关性呈现中等程度相关,峰Q的相关性最强.由mCA 可知,峰Q的量对鳖甲质量 有着重要的影响.结论= = NO 个产地鳖甲药材对 iuJO 肝星状细胞均有抑制作用,emiC 指纹图谱与其抗纤维化作用之间有一 定的相关性,为进一步控制鳖甲药材内在质量提供参考.= 关键词:鳖甲;
