He also encourages faculty supervisors to invite all their students to attend the dinner with them. Not only is this a chance to congratulate the winner but an opportunity to meet fellow political scientists! 7 VINCENT LEMIEUX PRIZE

1999 The Vincent Lemieux Prize is awarded every two years to the author of the best PhD thesis submitted at a Canadian university in any subfield of political science, written in English or in French, judged eminently worthy of publication in the form of a book or articles. A jury of eminent political scientists, appointed by the Board of Directors of the Association, makes the selection. The Vincent Lemieux Prize is made possible thanks to the financial support of the Presses de l'

Université de Montréal. In addition to the honour, the

1999 award carries with it a monetary prize in the amount of $750. The name of the winner will be announced at the Annual General Meeting. PRIX VINCENT-LEMIEUX
