2018 Under section 1(3) of the Arbitration and Mediation Legislation (Third Party Funding) (Amendment) Ordinance

2017 (6 of 2017), I appoint

1 February

2019 as the day on which section

3 (in so far as it relates to the application of Divisions

3 and
