2. 南京林业大学 竹材工程研究中心, 江苏 南京 210037) 摘摇 要:选取竹长条加工剩余物为原料,采用平衡区组正交试验,分析了施胶量、碱处理时间、热压压力以及热压时间对 重组竹材各项性能指标的影响规律,得出较佳胶合工艺参数. 为了得到更好质量的板材,在此基础上改进了其它因素的 影响,如预压压力、时间、含水率以及板材幅面. 试验表明:施胶量为 8. 5% ,碱处理时间

15 h,热压时间为

18 min 的前提 下,增大热压压力,提高预压压力、时间及板材规格,重组材各项性能均大有改进. 在不去除青黄的前提下通过对竹长条 加工剩余物进行改性处理,经过优化的产品静曲强度及弹性模量符合国家标准,不仅充分利用了竹材资源且可以降低经 济成本,同时也为新型的木工胶黏剂的推广提供相关依据. 关键词:竹长条加工剩余物;

Bamboo Engineering Research Center, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing 210037, China) Abstract:In order to make full use of resources, the processed remainder of bamboo strip was selected as raw material. The effects of glue鄄spreading, processing time with alkali, hot鄄pressing pressure and time on the performance of reconstituted鄄bamboo were investigated. Some better parameters were obtained. In order to get better board, the influence of others factors, i. e. pre鄄stressed, time, moisture content and specification etc. were improved. The results showed that the properties of reconstituted鄄bamboo were greatly improved while increasing hot鄄pressing pressure, pre鄄stressed, preset鄄time and specification. The pre鄄condition is glue鄄spreading 8. 5% , processing time with alkali

18 min. The static bending strength and modulus of elasticity can meet national standards through the modification of bamboo strip processing residues without the qinghuang removed.
