2014 that they had signed a non-binding Memorandum Cooperation Agreement ("Memorandum") with Lenovo in Beijing (联想移动通信科技有限公司 ("联想 联想 联想 联想 ")) on

7 July 2014, to test and integrate the Company's application, Face-It, in the mobility space. A definitive agreement may be entered into between the parties once both parties have completed testing and integrating the application. 联想 is Lenovo's subsidiary in Beijing, the People's Republic of China. Lenovo is one of the largest Personal Computer ("PC") maker worldwide C serving customers in more than

160 countries. Formed pursuant to the Lenovo Group's acquisition of the former IBM's PC Division, Lenovo develops, manufactures and markets reliable, high-quality, secure and easy-to-use technology products and services worldwide. Its product lines include the Think-brand commercial PCs and Idea-brand consumer PCs, as well as servers, workstations and a family of mobile internet devices, including tablets and smart phones. Face-It is an application in the mobility space which is able to secure user's device using face recognition technology. The application runs in the background, takes images using the front-facing camera, and uses these images to recognise the device user. When the device user is authenticated, the application allows the device user to continue using the device. In the event the user is not authenticated, the application will disable the device for further use. Unlike other Face Recognition applications, this application is non-intrusive as the device user does not need to be authenticated before turning on the device. Under the terms of the Memorandum, the Company, through 京慧视, shall provide its Face-It application to 联想 for testing and integration as well as to provide the necessary support and modification based on the feedback from 联想. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Memorandum. The Board wishes to inform that there is no certainty or assurance that a definitive agreement will be entered into. As such, shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing or trading in the shares of the Company in relation to this announcement.
