环保型半干式搓齿 Environment friendly semi-dry roll forming 精密搓齿机 PFM-X系列 PRECISION ROLL FORMING MACHINE 环保 通过本公司的半干式刀具与高刚性主机的配合, 实现了半干式搓齿 节能 通过驱动系统电气化、半干式搓齿, 降低了能量消耗 通过NC同步控制实现了高精度搓齿加工 利用2台伺服电机实现左右齿条高精度的NC同步 (滚珠丝杠采用直连方式无间隙结构) 将以往通过垫片进行的相位调整数控化 易于工种变更工作 齿条可移动至易于更换齿条的位置 (更换齿条时的行程延长200mm) 不松齿条压板即可调整OPD尺寸 NC刀座 (选项) 实现齿条间尺寸调整NC化 可在同一齿条上加工不同齿数的花键 (直径差在4mm以下不用更换齿条) Friendly to environment Semi-dry roll forming is achieved by NACHI semi-dry forming rack and highly rigid main body.
