, LTD. -1- 储冰槽由多层多回路之PE盘管环绕於槽体 内部而组成,槽内 PE 管外周围充满乾净的水, PE 管内部则由乙二醇溶液等卤水循环.储冰槽 是利用夜间离峰用电运转压缩机产生低於 0℃ 以下之低温卤水,利用储冰泵循环於 PE 管内部 吸收外部水之热量,最后水产生相变化冻结成 冰以储存大量潜热.在日间尖峰用电期间,储 冰槽内卤水再以融冰泵循环与二次侧较高温回 水於板式热交换器进行热交换,将已储存的冰 融解以释放出冷能提供空调负荷需求.其目的 是为在尖峰期间减少或停止运转主机压缩机的 目的,而将空调用电由尖峰时间移转到离峰时 间,如此不但可降低尖峰用电,减少电力契约 容量;

同时也可以享受离峰用电优惠电价以节 省电费. 一般储冰槽在盘管内侧循环低温卤水将管 外静止储水结冰於管壁,静止储水与卤水热交 换之主要热阻抗为传导与对流热阻抗,外部静 止水之自然对流热阻抗较大,所以储冰效率较 不佳.而在溶冰阶段,卤水管与结冰间管壁冰 迅速溶冰成水后逐渐形成静止水层,成为热阻 抗也会使溶冰效率减缓,甚至在溶冰末期虽有 剩余冰量,却因漂浮於上层而无法完全释冷. 动态储冰槽主要是利用间续搅拌以提升外 部储水储冰或融冰之热传效率.储冰槽内盘管 间以隔板隔成数空间室,再配以一小型循环水 泵将水导流而上下循环於各隔板间室,如此可 以利用最小的动力泵构成一动态冰水循环水流, 储冰与融冰时可以提高对流传热,而提高储冰 速度与效率. The dynamic ice storage tank is assembled by multi-loop and multi-layer PE coils for a specific purpose, fresh water all over the tank outside the PE tubes, and inside the tubes is circulating by glycol. The system is running refrigerating compressor with off-peak power at night. Water will be frozen into ice to store plenty latent heat by phase change while the temperature of brine is lower than 0℃ circulating by glycol pump during charging periods. The ice is discharged to reduce load profile of on-peak air conditioning during the day-time by re-circulating brine and heat exchange with the warm water from secondary loop. The purpose of using ice storage system is to shift on-peak air conditioning load, it not only can reduce on-peak and contracted demand but also save electric bill by preferential rates. For general ice storage tank, the brine is circulated inside the tube and leave water still around its outer surface to be frozen into ice. The mainly heat exchange between still water and brine is conduction and free convection, however, the thermal resistance of free convection is greater than force one, therefore, the ice charge is less efficient. In the forepart of discharge period, the ice near the wall of tubes is melting rapidly and then generate still water layer as thermal resistance to reduce ice discharge effect. Even there is broken ice still remains in the end of discharge process, it still cannot melt completely to release cold energy because it is floating on the up layer water. Periodical agitating device is installed in the Dynamic Ice Storage System to improve the heat exchange and ice discharge efficiency. The tank has been divided into several chambers by partition and the chilled water will be circulated through chambers by small auxiliary pump, thus the dynamic circulating chilled water flow can be made by the minimum power pump, and which improves the thermal convection in both charge and discharge period.
