与此同时,由于锅炉(尤其是燃煤锅炉)在人们生活中的供电,供汽,采暖等各方面发挥愈来愈重要的作用.因此,如何能够高效经济的解决燃煤锅炉的环保问题也就为人们更多的关注,锅炉产生的硫氧化物,碳氧化物,氮氧化物,碳氢化合物,以及废水,废渣,烟尘和噪声都会对环境和人类生活造成不良的影响.其中,烟尘颗粒对大气的污染是一个主要方面.而对于一台位于市区的35t/h的燃煤锅炉,应选择合适的高效除尘系统,选择怎样的除尘系统,以及合适的设备型号,才能保证高效与经济性兼顾,将是本文研究的重点. 本文在静电除尘与袋式除尘之间选用了袋式除尘作为本锅炉的除尘系统,并设计了与此相关的烟囱及滤料等.此外,合理布置锅炉房及管道,并对有关可改进的地方加以改进,以保证经济与高效兼顾,本文也将加以尝试. 关键词: 锅炉 除尘 烟气量 袋式除尘 Summary At present, as people become increasingly concerned about environmental issues, environmental protection standards are also increasing, it becomes more stringent. In this paper, between the electrostatic precipitator and bag filter dust bag selected as the boiler dust removal system, and designed with the chimney and the associated media and so on. In addition, the rational arrangement of boiler room and piping, and related areas of improvement to be improved in order to ensure economy and efficiency into account, this paper will try it out.
