The effects of pelletizing, roasting temperature and staying duration on metal volatilization rates and mass balance of materials and metals were investigated. The results show that the volatilization rates of Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn are 95.6%, 52.5%, 73.1%, 93.9%, and 75.2% respectively under the optimum conditions including roasting temperature of

chloridizing pellet 硫铁矿烧渣为制硫酸的副产物,除含有铁外[1-2],还含有大量的铜、铅、锌、金、银等有价金属.烧渣中金属矿物形态一般以氧化物和硫化物为主,少量为铁酸盐和硫酸盐.烧渣中金属元素超标对炼铁不利,采用一般的冶炼方法,不能经济有效地加以处理.而氯化焙烧法处理烧渣,一方面使有害元素脱除以满足炼铁的要求,另一方面综合回收有价金属,达到综合利用的目的[3].氯化焙烧法主要有中温氯化[4]、氯化离析[5]和高温氯化[6-7].本试验采用高温氯化法综合回收硫铁矿烧渣中的有价金属.

1 试验原料 试验原料来自山东某厂的硫铁矿制酸烧渣,真密度4.06 t/m3,堆密度1.19 t/m3.烧渣含Au 1.94 g/t、Ag 26.81 g/t,其余元素化学分析结果(%):Cu 0.
